Explore, deepen your connection & dive into sound channeling with your own voice.
We will share tools for embodiment of sound and voice cultivation, before we start exercises to prepare for intuitive toning as we create mandalas of sound together.

Lulu & Mischka will share their passion of vocal exploration. This workshop is less about chanting their heart opening mantras and heart songs, but more about connecting with your voice for the purpose of sound channelling and toning.
After a brief, guided introduction into breathing, voice cultivation, sound embodiment and presence we will sit equally in sacred space to uplift our souls and to send healing power through toning and sound.
These 'sound mandalas' that we create as one are amazing tools to find balance within yourself as well as tools to support all living beings including our precious planet.
