Terms and conditions of booking 
for Sonic Medicine Immersion 2022

$250 deposit is required to secure your spot.
All payments must be made in full 6 weeks prior to the start of the immersion, 1st of May.

Cancel within 4 weeks of event begin, no refund, unless space can be filled (then full refund minus $250 deposit)
Cancel 4-8 weeks prior to start of the retreat = 50% refund of full payment (if full payment hasn't been made no refund of deposit)
Cancel min 8 weeks prior to retreat = 100% refund of payment (minus $250 deposit)

I acknowledge that this is a drug and alcohol free event. I have answered the questions of the registration form to my best knowledge and have written down my medical conditions that the event organisers should be aware of.
