Come as you are,
FRIDAY will be our first meeting with of course songs, but also some powerful breath and voice activation and gentle Qi Gong to allow our energies to flow.
We will also be sharing a bit about the power of art & prayer
SATURDAY will be our CEREMONY DAY
We will share more about this, but we if you have a lake, river, creek, pond etc near by we encourage you to collect a little bit of those waters for Saturday in a beautiful vessel
The Saturday is also an optional CACAO CEREMONY
So if you like to drink cacao and you have access to make a beautiful heart opening cacao drink please make sure you have some of your favourite milk version at home (or make it with water), your high grade cacao powder or better ceremonial grade cacao, and some spices like cinnamon, or cayenne pepper, cardamom, or whatever else you wish to add and you can also add your sweetener of your choice.
There is many links online to find inspiration to create a sacred cacao drink.
Again, this is optional, but beautiful to join.
You can bring your instruments also to play along if you wish. We will not be teaching the songs though.
SUNDAY will be more integrative and explorative voice breath and qi gong, as well as space for questions to be answered
