Cancel within 4 weeks of event begin, no refund unless a replacement is found Cancel 4-8 weeks prior to start of the retreat = 50% refund, minus 200€ non-refundable deposit Cancel 8 weeks prior to retreat = 100% refund, minus 200€ non-refundable deposit All payments must be made in full by Monday 25/05/2026 For 'Early birds' & 'Super Early birds', your final payment due date is 01/05/2020 I acknowledge that this is a drug and alcohol free event. I have answered the questions of the registration form to my best knowledge and have written down my medical conditions that the event organisers should be aware of. I take part in my own responsibility.
