Cancel within 4 weeks of event begin, no refund unless a replacement is found Cancel 4-8 weeks prior to start of the retreat = 50% refund, minus 100€ admin fee Cancel 8 weeks prior to retreat = 100% refund - 100€ admin fee All payments must be made in full by Thursday 19/10/2020(for early bird final payment date is 19/05/2020 & for super early bird final payment date is 19/02/2020). I acknowledge that this is a drug and alcohol free event. I have answered the questions of the registration form to my best knowledge and have written down my medical conditions that the event organisers should be aware of. I take part in my own responsibility.
