Terms and conditions of booking 
for Hearts Wide Open Finland Chanting Retreat 31 July - 2 Aug 2020

Cancel within 4 weeks of event begin, no refund unless a replacement is found 
Cancel 4-8 weeks prior to start of the retreat = 50% refund, minus 75€ non-refundable deposit
Cancel 8 weeks prior to retreat = 100% refund - minus 75€ non-refundable deposit
All payments must be made in full by Friday 03/07/2020  (for early bird final payment date is 15/06/2020).

I acknowledge that this is a drug and alcohol free event. I have answered the questions of the registration form to my best knowledge and have written down my medical conditions that the event organisers should be aware of.
