What happens in the sessions?

The space is guided by Mischka, 75min sessions with chants to sing along and musical prayers to simply receive. Gentle and accessible movement inspired by Calligraphy Chi Gong, as well as simple breathing exercises will help to find our way back to the truth of each moment.
1 of his beautiful new (not yet recorded) songs per session. We find stillness, observe what takes us out of stillness and return.
And if we have time we will make room for some questions and answers.

Special guest Lulu will join for some of the sessions ;-)

​Precious moments with your innermost essence. Real. Safe. No particular way; no artificial happiness or forced gratitude. Know this to be the space once a week where you are welcome wholly as you are. From here we engage with our body, observing what is, not in a processing way, simply allowing; all from the safety of your home, coming together around the globe.

There is potency in a weekly dedicated space for myself to show up in a gentle way and be offered guidance to allow the jewels of life to be seen right now. The amazing tools and designs of sound, voice, breath, inner listening and movement support us in the recognition of what already is alive within.
