GENERAL WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Come, join Lulu & Mischka on an experiential journey through connection, union, breath, sound-song-silence and joy into freedom. It is all about feeling, less about hearing! Find your inner freedom to develop your true sound. Reveal your soul signature
And of course we will chant wonderful Mantras from different traditions.
Come and play.
No previous singing or yoga experience required.
Open for all.
Depending on space, venue, occasion we might be open for children to be at the workshop or not.
Please ask in advance if you feel to bring your little ones.
"Lulu & Mischka bring presence & heart to their teaching that is hard to find. A fantastic workshop to unlock your inner voice."
"Fantastic day spent with Lulu & Mischka who provided the most beautiful safe space to really explore the depths of the heart & soul through voice. But there is nothing fluffy about this workshop or their work, they are so clear about their intention of love & unity, that they help inspire the very best to come out. I am thrilled I trusted my intuition to do the workshop as I feel empowered, expanded and connected & I'm looking forward to playing with my new found voice!"
"The workshop with you guys was awesome!
I arrived feeling a little nervous of what to expect but was soon feeling at home and supported by Lulu and Mischka.
The day was so we'll run by these two, on top of their expert knowledge they held the space for us to explore our own voices, be brave and encouraged us to let loose, act silly and just have fun.
The tools that I learned from the day will expand far beyond the use of singing, I feel that I can call upon the day to be grounded, confident, and remind myself to "play" more.
